Render Filename Display

When you render your scene, and the render window comes up, it will display the filename of the previously saved image only after the render is fully complete.

Is there any way to make it come up as soon as the render starts, so that even if you cancel the render you can have the previous filename there so you don't have to search to see what filenames you've been using?
